While you are busily planning all the other aspects of your wedding or event, Ms. Price's goal is to make the planning of your music easy for you!  Her step-by-step processes for booking and planning follows:

BOOKING:

1. Call 301-305-2430 or fill in the below inquiry form to determine if Ms. Price (and any of her colleagues you want her to play with) is available for your event date and time.

Thank you for your inquiry! Cara Cline Price will respond to your email, with availability and estimate information, at her earliest convenience.

2. Complete the Preliminary Contract and pay the Booking Deposit (Ms. Price will help you make these arrangements.).

 3. Once you have officially ensured Ms. Price's availability with the Preliminary Contract and Booking Deposit, download and print the Wedding Questionnaire (below).  Fill it out as best and completely as you can and send it to Ms. Price, preferrably 90 days prior to your event.  (This form is also welcome mailed in with the Preliminary Contract.)  Alternatively, you may scan and email the document to Ms. Price.

 4. Based upon expectations noted in your Wedding Questionnaire, Ms. Price will complete a Final Contract specific to your event.  Review and sign two copies of the Final Contract (one to keep and one for Ms. Price).  Mail to Ms. Price, and leave the rest of your music planning to her!

 PLANNING:

You may have as little or as much involvement in the planning of your music as you prefer!  Requests are welcome, but Cara Cline Price does not take "on-the-spot" requests.  Ms. Price can provide both traditional and non-traditional suggestions for your wedding or event, so just ask!
